Tweetbot picks up support for the Apple Watch

On the watch, Tweetbot allows you to view your activity, reply to mentions, and dictate new tweets.</p> <!--break--> <p>This update also contains a number of fixes. Check out the changes in Tweetbot 4.1 below:</p>
