Tweak Count 2 displays the number of Cydia tweaks installed on your iPhone

When you jailbreak your iPhone, you usually lose count of how many Cydia packages you have installed at any given time. Did you wish you could quickly find this information rather than having to manually count the number of tweaks from Cydia?
