T-Mobile says its ‘optimising’ YouTube videos and not throttling them

Last week, YouTube called out T-Mobile for downgrading its video quality for all T-Mobile subscribers. As a part of Binge On, T-Mobile is known to ‘optimise’ video quality from Netflix and other partners that are a part of its Binge On service.
