Title: Google Docs and Sheets add limited iPad Pro support, still no multitasking Post by: HCK on March 09, 2016, 09:00:25 am Google Docs and Sheets add limited iPad Pro support, still no multitasking
Google has issued a couple of updates for its Docs and Sheets apps for iPhone and iPad, adding support for the iPad Pro. Both apps also gain a number of bug fixes and performance improvements, while Docs gets a word counter. Unfortunately, while both apps are now compatible with the higher resolution of the iPad Pro's display, neither have added support for Split View or Slide Over multitasking. This means that both apps will continue to be second-class citizens for iPad productivity for the time being. You can grab both updates from the App Store now.
