Pangu Jailbreak for iOS 9.1 updated to make it more stable

Pangu team has released a new version of their tool for iOS 9.1 jailbreak to make it more stable.
Pangu team had surprised everyone by releasing a jailbreak tool for iOS 9.1. It is currently compatible with only 64-bit devices. The update does not add compatiblity for 32-but devices.
