Google Photos 2.0 bakes in Live Photo editing features from Motion Stills app

<p>Back in June, Google released (https://9to5mac.com/2016/06/07/googles-motion-stills-app-turns-live-photos-into-stable-gifs-and-movies-w-cinematic-backgrounds/) a Motion Stills app that removes shakes from iOS Live Photos and turns them into easily shareable GIFs and movies. That functionality is now built into Google Photos 2.0 (https://plus.google.com/+GooglePhotos/posts/ajfo6Nwyn5n) with more sharing options and a number of other tweaks.</p>
