watchOS 3.1.1 with Unicode 9 emoji support now available for Apple Watch

<p>Apple has released the watchOS 3.1.1 software for all Apple Watch models. watchOS 3.1.1 includes support for new Unicode 9.0 emoji (https://9to5mac.com/2016/10/31/here-are-the-new-emoji-included-in-ios-10-2-gallery/) as well as the ability to change skin tones when picking certain emoji characters.</p>
