News: Support app now allows scheduling repairs at authorized service providers

               Apple has added authorized service providers to its iOS Support app, allowing users to schedule repairs at those locations in the same way they would at a Genius Bar. The move brings the app in line with Apple’s support site — which made a similar change at the end of last year — and allows service locations to be sorted by distance, carrier and appointment availability.
