Apple asks FCC to keep ‘legally sustainable protections’ in place in first net neutrality comment

In with a new comment, Apple has asked the FCC (https://ecfsapi.fcc.gov/file/10830069155074/NN%20reply%20comments%20(final).pdf) (via Recode (https://www.recode.net/2017/8/31/16233606/apple-fcc-tim-cook-net-neutrality-trump-chairman-ajit-pai)) to “retain strong, enforceable open internet protections” that advance consumer choice, no paid fast lanes, transparency, competition, and investment and innovation.</p>
