Report: $29 Apple iPhone battery replacements now available

<p><strong>Update 12/30/17:</strong> Just a few days after Apple announced an offer to replace the battery in out-of-warranty iPhones for a reduced price, the company said in a note to <a href="https://techcrunch.com/2017/12/30/apples-29-iphone-battery-replacements-are-available-starting-today/" rel="nofollow">TechCrunch[/url] that the offer is now available.
