Twitter for iOS adds new floating compose button, additional spam report options

<p><strong>Update</strong>: Twitter also now says that starting today (https://9to5mac.com/2018/09/17/twitter-chronological-timeline/), some users will see a new option to view the latest tweets first. <p>Twitter is rolling out a new compose button design to its iOS app, the company announced this afternoon. The new compose interface is based around a floating action button, similar to many Android applications.</p>
