A scoop from CNET (https://www.cnet.com/news/facebook-is-shutting-down-its-moments-photo-app-on-feb-25/?ftag=COS-05-10aaa0b&linkId=62768504) today says that Facebook will begin shutting down Moments on February 25 — an app launched to help simplify photo sharing between friends. Initially launched in 2015 (https://9to5mac.com/2015/06/15/facebook-moments-app/), the failing service saw exceedingly low usage by users, with data pointing to (https://sensortower.com/ios/publisher/facebook-inc/284882218) just 80,000 downloads in the previous month.
