Foxconn ‘not building a factory’ in Wisconsin after all, says company, after $4B tax breaks

Originally touted as a <a href="https://9to5mac.com/2017/07/26/foxconn-lcd-factory-announced/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">$10B TV display factory[/url] expected to create up to 13,000 jobs, the company subsequently said it was cutting costs by instead aiming to <a href="https://9to5mac.com/2018/05/23/foxconn-wisconsin-factory-plans/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">make smaller displays[/url].</p>
