iOS 12.4 developer beta released ahead of Apple Card launch

<p>With iOS 12.3 out of beta as of Monday, Apple is moving on to iOS 12.4 developer beta for iPhone and iPad. macOS 10.14.6 developer beta for Mac, tvOS 12.4 developer beta for Apple TV, and watchOS 5.3 developer beta for Apple Watch are also available today.</p>
