Apple today seeded the second betas of iOS 13 (https://www.macrumors.com/roundup/ios-13/) and iPadOS (https://www.macrumors.com/roundup/ipados/) to developers for testing purposes, two weeks after first unveiling the new updates (https://www.macrumors.com/2019/06/03/ios-13-beta-1-now-available/) at the Worldwide Developers Conference. Registered developers will need to download the profile for the <!---->iOS 13<!----> and <!---->iPadOS<!----> betas from Apple's Developer Center. There's a new High-Key Mono lighting effect, and for Portrait Lighting in general, intensity can be adjusted.
