Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has over 70 characters, old and new, to choose from. Who will you be maining? Whether you're a competitive player or simply like battling against your friends, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is one of the best games on the Nintendo Switch. I can still remember the hype I felt when Nintendo revealed that first teaser trailer. In fact, join me for a moment and bask again in the glorious joy of of this epic announcement: Most of these characters come with the game, but a handful are only available after purchasing the DLC. We've listed everyone in alphabetical order and have denoted which ones are only available through an additional purchase. More DLC characters are still to come. We'll continue to add to this list, but for now here are all of the characters you can currently play as in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
