Apple continues to face problems around the world after it admitted to reducing the performance of iPhones with a worn-out battery. Last month, France fined Apple (https://9to5mac.com/2020/02/07/france-has-fined-apple/) €25M ($28M) for the battery-management features (https://9to5mac.com/2017/12/28/apple-temporarily-drops-price-of-iphone-battery-replacement-by-50-promises-ios-update-to-address-battery-health-in-new-apology/), but some governments seem to think differently. In Brazil, judges decided that Apple isn’t wrong to limit the performance of the devices due to battery health.
