Former Apple lawyer fights insider trading charges, calling them unconstitutional

<p>Gene Levoff, Apple’s former director of corporate law and corporate security, continues to fight back against allegations of insider trading. Levoff was indicted back in October (https://9to5mac.com/2019/10/24/former-top-apple-lawyer-ironically-indicted-for-insider-trading/), and Bloomberg (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-04-27/ex-apple-lawyer-calls-insider-trading-charges-unconstitutional) now reports that he’s asking for the indicted to be dismissed.</p>
