Apple releasing iOS 13.6 beta 3 to developers ahead of CarKey debut, more

<p>Apple today is releasing the third developer beta of iOS 13.6 and iPadOS 13.6. This comes as beta testing of iOS 14 continues separately (https://9to5mac.com/2020/06/22/apple-releases-first-developer-betas-of-ios-14-macos-11-watchos-7-and-tvos-14/), with iOS 13.6 likely being released to the general public sooner rather than later.
