Apple releases iOS and iPadOS 14.0.1

<p>Apple has released the first update to iOS 14 (https://www.macworld.com/article/3572926/ios-14-tips-guides-tricks-and-everything-you-need-to-know-about-apples-new-iphone-os.html) and iPadOS 14 (https://www.macworld.com/article/3563912/ipados-14-faq-features-search-safari-apple-pencil-public-beta-release.html). The point release (14.0.1) addresses a few bugs that were made apparent since the big OS release on September 16.
