<p>Earlier this year, developer <a href="https://twitter.com/hikari_no_yume" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Hikari no Yume created a tool called “touchHLE,” which is able to emulate old iOS apps on Macs and Windows PCs. Based on this project, another developer identified as “<a href="https://twitter.com/ciciplusplus" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ciciplusplus” has ported this same iOS emulator project to Android.
