Zoom offers a further $18M for lying to users about video encryption

It has now offered to pay an $18M fine to the Securities &amp; Exchange Commission (SEC) in order to settle an investigation into the same <a href="https://9to5mac.com/guides/security/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">security[/url] and <a href="https://9to5mac.com/guides/privacy/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">privacy[/url] issue.</p>
