PSA: iOS 18.4.1 patches two major security vulnerabilities

The security fixes are also included (https://9to5mac.com/2025/04/16/apple-releases-macos-15-4-1-and-more/) in macOS Sequoia 15.4.1, tvOS 18.4.1, and visionOS 2.4.1.</p>
