Apple released the iOS 6.1.3 software update on March 19th. It fixed the Lock screen bug and brought improvements to Maps app for Japanese users. Unfortunately from a jailbreaker point of view, it also killed the evasi0n jailbreak as Apple fixed 4 security flaws used by the evad3r to develop the jailbreak.
