Time Warner Cable CEO Glenn Britt spoke at an event yesterday where he said the company was talking with Apple, Microsoft, and Samsung about live video streaming. This sounds exciting, and some of you are already thinking about an Apple television, but let’s put things in perspective. What Glenn is actually talking about is bringing live television to different devices in much the same way that Roku has a Time Warner application.
