The changes to the home screen in iOS 7 have probably introduced a number of bugs in the way folders are handled. The Newsstand icon can be put inside a folder (we hope this isn’t a bug), apps can be put inside Newsstand, and now another bug has been discovered that lets you create fully functional nested folders.
