Apple’s iTunes Store has crossed yet another milestone. The Podcasts section has crossed the milestone of 1 billion subscriptions. Apple has announced the milestone on the Podcasts section of the iTunes Store. Apple launched Podcasts in the summer of 2005, and called it “the next generation of radio” at that time.
