Lodsys, the infamous patent troll that sued a number of iOS developers over their use of Apple’s In-App Purchase API, has agreed to dismiss its suit against TMSOFT, an iOS and Mac development company. The terms for dismissing the suit were quite different from other settlements, and something you’d not expect at all from a patent troll like Lodsys.
