Developers are cautiously excited about Apple’s new Swift programming language

Designed to be the successor to Objective-C, Apple's new Swift language has some developers saying that Swift will make coding easier, especially for newbies, and some developers saying it's not the monumental leap forward Apple is claiming.<img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=gigaom.com&blog=14960843&post=846710&subd=gigaom2&ref=&feed=1" width="1" height="1" />
