A new Wall Street Journal profile on Apple’s Tim Cook claims the CEO is “actively seeking” new directors for Apple’s eight-person board. The piece points out that six of the seven outside directors on the board are 63 or older. Most of the profile covers relatively well-established ground, pointing out Cook’s moral concerns for the company, and his comparatively hands-off role when compared to former CEO and Apple co-founder…
