Apple launches free iPhone 5 battery replacement program for defective units

Apple is offering a second replacement program for iPhone 5 users after offering to replace the sleep/wake button (http://www.macworld.com/article/2362949/how-to-set-up-a-replacement-iphone.html) on some models in April. This time around it's the phone's battery that's giving users headaches. Apple says that a "very small percentage of iPhone 5 devices" may be experiencing poor battery life, requiring users to charge the device more frequently.</p><p>
