Tim Cook and other Apple executives sued by shareholders due to eBook price fixing

Leading into 2014, Apple was dealing with a high-profile eBook price fixing lawsuit, with cases ranging from the court rejecting Apple’s stay of compliance, to a federal judge approving a class action lawsuit. Most recently, in July, Apple settled their eBook eBook price fixing accusations, with a payout believed to be upwards of $450 million. Now, a new report states that shareholders aren’t too please with the whole situation, and are taking action.
