Looks like the only changes are the baseband (AT&T 7.1) which seems to fix the HSUPA upload speed issues and that the proximity sensor is fixed although it seemed to me that the first beta fixed it. Camera issue remains concerning taking photos under florescent lighting near white-ish walls (green blob).
