Shipping estimates for some iPhone 6 models slip to 7-10 business days [Updated]

The shipping estimates for most iPhone 6 models has slipped to 7 to 10 business days in the U.S., which means that customers pre-ordering now will likely get their new iPhones only in October, and certainly not on September 19th, which is the launch day.
Apple along with its carrier partners started accepting pre-orders for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus earlier today.
