Camera Plus updated to bring Airsnap and iOS 8 Extensions, Handoff, and non-destructive editing

New to the app, which is now in version 4 and requires iOS 8.0 (http://www.imore.com/ios-8), are features such as Family Sharing, Extensions, Handoff, direct deletion, and non-destructive editing.
