How to add Rich Text and Photos (including GIFs) in the Notes app in iOS 8

While the Notes app looks the same in iOS 8, it has gained a couple of new features in iOS 8, bringing its features on par with its Mac counterpart. With theĀ iOS 8 Notes app, you can now add bold, italic or underlined text, and also attach photos (including GIFs!) to notes.
