Apple, Spotify aim to push streaming prices down

<p>The company bought Beats Electronics (http://www.macworld.com/article/2190342/apple-officially-acquires-beats-for-3-billion.html), best known for its stylish (and ubiquitous) headphones, back in May for a cool $3 billion, but hasn’t done anything with its Beats Music (http://www.beatsmusic.com/) streaming service. In the aftermath of the acquisition, it seemed like the subscription music app was a footnote to the main attraction, the headphones.
