The app allows you to share your Home screen with other iPhone (http://www.imore.com/iphone) users, while the website allows you to view shared screens and discover new apps.</p> <!--break--> <p>The app is very straight forward. After granting it permission to access your photos, #Homescreen scans your library for screenshots, uploading them to the website. You can also Tweet your Home screen, open the upload in Safari, and confirm #Homescreen's app detection.</p> <p>The app detection is the most interesting part of the #Homescreen. The project detects the apps present in a given screenshot, and will give you app descriptions when viewing a particular Home screen on the website.</p> <p>Both the #Homescreen app and site are free to use.
