Former iTunes engineer testifies he worked to ‘block 100% of non-iTunes clients’

A former iTunes engineer at Apple has testified in court that he worked on a project that “intended to block 100% of non-iTunes clients.” It was only earlier this week that that the two plaintiffs in the iPod DRM lawsuit against Apple were found to be illegitimate, but Judge Rogers decided to continue with the case provided the plaintiff lawyers were able to find a new plaintiff.
