T-Mobile will pay at least $90 million including consumer refunds to settle FTC mobile cramming case

The Federal Trade Commission announced via its website that T-Mobile has settled with the FTC in it’s “Mobile Cramming Case,” and that as a result, the Magenta network will pay a hefty sum.
