Title: 1.1.3 firmware touch jailbreak
Post by: skiclimblive on January 19, 2008, 12:37:37 am
hey all... new here... and new to the jailbreak phenomenon

i just updated my ipod to the 1.1.3 firmware and when watching jailbreak vids on youtube or consulting instructions online i feel like i may have made a fatal mistake and played into Steve Jobs' hand.

i know its relativly new but has anyone made progress with a 1.1.3 firmware jailbreak or does anyone think its possible?

about how much memory does a jailbreak eat up?

can you reverse a jailbreak by restoring your ipod in intunes?

and does anyone recomend reverting to firmware 1.1.1 to do a first time jailbreak?

thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and help me out.
i'll admit in a noob

Yes they have jailbroken 1.1.3 but it will not be released until febuary-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idxxKVM1Cno (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idxxKVM1Cno) and you can downgrade to 1.1.1 using this vid-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YakjwxB3nQU (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YakjwxB3nQU) You have to have itunes 7.5 only to go back to 1.1.2 and oktoprep.....i havent tried it yet but it seemes to work for everybody
