Viber joins WhatsApp and Apple with end-to-end message encryption

Not wanting to be left behind in the pursuit of enhanced user security, Viber is adding end-to-end encryption (E2EE) following WhatsApp’s E2EE roll out (http://www.pcworld.com/article/3052451/security/whatsapp-turns-on-end-to-end-encryption.html) earlier in April. Viber announced on Tuesday that E2EE would roll out to its users globally over the next two weeks.
