Apple hires former A+E executive to serve as head of documentaries for Apple TV+

<p>Following last month’s preview of Apple TV+ (https://9to5mac.com/2019/03/25/apple-original-content-officially-announced/), Apple has now hired Molly Thompson to be its head of documentaries. Thompson previously founded A&amp;E Indie Films and has worked on a handful of documentaries and films throughout her career.</p>
