Steve Jobs could become star witness in the $350 million iTunes antitrust suit

UntilĀ a few years after its launch, the iPod was the only way to listen to songs purchased through the iTunes music store. The songs from the store were DRM protected, which meant they could only be played on iTunes on a PC, or on the iPod.
