That's when the wireless carrier has scheduled a press conference via phone with its CEO Marcelo Claure, starting at 12:15 p.m. ET. Sprint has also launched a countdown clock site for the announcement, with hints that it involves "half" of something. The site adds, "The other carriers aren't going to like this. Not at all."
