Developers can grab this new build from the iOS Developer Resource Center, or as an over-the-air update on an iPhone or iPad running the previous beta. The company has also release the fifth public beta of iOS 9.3. Members of the Beta Software Program can grab the build as an over-the-air update right now. iOS 9.3, which is expected later this year, will bring a number of enhancements to the iPhone and iPad user experience.
