Apple is suing HTC. Microsoft is suing Motorola. And it seems as if everyone is suing someone over Android. Lawsuit fever has hit the smartphone market, and the latest two to tangle are Motorola and Apple. According to Motorola, 18 of the company's patents have been violated by Apple. The technologies in the patents can be found in many of Apple's core products.
