In his interview with CNBC’s Jim Cramer for Mad Money, Tim Cook said that Apple has not been involved in any “settlement discussions” with Qualcomm since Q3 of 2018. He also shot down reports and statements from Qualcomm of both companies working together on finding a resolution. Qualcomm’s spokesperson has now called such remarks from Apple’s CEO “misleading.”
