<p>For years, you’ve been able to ask Alexa or Google Assistant for a daily briefing that includes your local weather, appointments, and even news or traffic on your daily commute. Finally, Apple has given Siri the same capability on both iPhone and HomePod.</p><p>To use this new feature, you have to update your devices to iOS 14.2. To update the HomePod, open the Home app on your iPhone and tap the home icon in the upper left, then Home Settings.
