Katie Paterson and Zeller & Moye have announced that Apple has commissioned 'Mirage,' a new public sculpture that will be installed as a permanent piece at the olive grove, a location that is next to the Visitor's Center at Apple Park. The sculpture, according to Patterson, will consist of cylinders of pure cast glass made out of sand from deserts around the world.
